What is included during the trial?
The full package for 12 hours: every sports channel, live events in 4K where available, replays, the 120,000-title on-demand library and one simultaneous screen — the same configuration as a paid plan.
How quickly do I receive the credentials?
Usually within ten minutes during the day. You get the login, the player link for your device and a plain-English setup guide.
Do I need to install anything special?
A player app on your device — Fire TV Stick, Apple TV, Android TV, Samsung or LG Smart TV, phone, tablet or computer. The guide names the exact app and walks through the two fields you have to fill in.
Can the trial be refused?
One trial per household keeps it fair for everyone. If something technical goes wrong during the 12 hours, write to us and we extend the access while we sort it out.
What if the picture stutters during a match?
That is what the trial is for: tell us and we will move you to another server or a lower definition. In most cases 20 Mbps is enough for 4K and 8 Mbps for FHD.
